Work From Home Anywhere in the World.

If you have internet and a quiet work space yes, you can work at home anywhere in the world. Why not somewhere with a great view? Of course this will require more effort. Anything worth anything will. We all know this. I've put together a few jobs you can do from home and make enough money to have this view. Let's Go! 

First, we have to think about our goal. A beach frontal view will cost anywhere between $900-$2000 monthly. What? Okay, I'm not talking about owning a house and I'm certainly not talking about Miami beach or New York. Remember the continents are islands so most of the world has a beach. So, those are the places I'm referring to. My go to for a beach frontal on a budget is VRBO. They have great locations for very consumer friendly prices. 

So I have $2000 for rent with utilities paid of course, $500 for food and entertainment and $0 for transportation, we need exactly $2500 a month.  Basically, I need to make $85 dollars a day in a month. 

That's doable and I'll show you how.

#1. A call center job.  I only want to work about 6 hours a day Monday through Friday. A call center agent's pay averages around $11 with experience. I know that's low but it is what it is. With this job I would be making before taxes $66 dollars a day if of course I chose to work 8 hours a day that will be $88, more than my goal!!! But, I believe it is always good to mix things around so you don't get bored doing the same thing. At least for me this helps.

#2. Ebay or any other selling site is going to give you what I call spending money. No matter where you've ended up there will be shops around you with items that someone on the other side of the world wants. Where there is supply there is demand! Do a little research, find your item, post it. Trust me you will make $300 monthly easily with minimal effort. Also, what I like about this is you can do this while you are working your call center job, and fact most times you can post things from your cell phone. 

3. I've saved the worst for last. I call these trinket sites because you won't be able to do much with them at first, but they are very valuable over time. Meaning these site will take very minimal effort and too will pay very minimally. However, if you just keep at it and save what you are making on them you can have this  money to not only pay for a your cell phone bill each month, but also put money into your savings! You will literally make about $20 a week with these sites but if you are doing at least 4 sites each week that $400 a month. Also, this is a great way to kill time while you're working your call center job in between calls. Plus, you can do this when you're just sitting around with your phone in your hand. 

To sum it all up, we have a call center job making around $1800 a month after taxes. Next we have our sites that we sell on making about $300 a month, and finally with our trinket sites making about $400 monthly that gives us exactly $2500 a month. Of course, you can always add to this amount by adding other small jobs to reach other goals you may have. Have I used these tips. Yes, for about 5 years now and I love traveling and working! So where do you want to go?

Make Money selling on Sites like Ebay.

Making money from home is a dream a lot of people have. And most people search endlessly for jobs that will pay you to work from home. But I say before you decide to work for someone else try starting your own thing. Yes, your own business. Now years ago starting your own business meant spending money that you really didn't have, to make money. But, that isn't really the case anymore. Having an online store means you don't have to pay for things like having a physical store. You literally take a picture of what you have and post it, and that's pretty much it! 

Of course we've all heard of Ebay, but I've found it's best to put your items on multiple sites which will give more chances to sell much faster. Ebay of course is great and has really turned many people's lives around giving them the freedom to spend more time with their family and still make a living. And when I say a living I mean buying new homes, two cars, putting their kids through college. Yes, this is not at all chump change. 

If you're thinking I don't know how to make crafts or I don't know what to sell. Guess what you don't have to make anything and you  know exactly what to sell. Just look around in your house. Guess what those things did not come with the house, so yeah you bought them, which means someone sold them to you. But here's the big question why did you buy it from them and not from someone else selling them? There's really only 3 answers 1. Better price. 2. Better Quality. or 3. You just weren't aware of the other seller. So in other words let's picture your kitchen table. Let's say you bought it from Value City Furniture for $300. If you google right now I guarantee you that you will find that same kitchen table (or one really similar to it) for more or for less than what you paid for it. Let's say that you paid less for it. That means everyone else who buys it will be paying more than you. But what if you had a store online that sold that same table. Since you know where to get it for a lot cheaper. And let's say you priced it for just $1.00 under what Google has it priced at. Where would people buy from? So let's say Google has it listed at $450 and you price yours at $445. You know it will cost you $300 to buy so every time you sell one you will make $145. Now here you are making $145 from something you didn't make all you did was know where to find it cheaper. Now imagine you sell only 5 tables a month. That's $725 a month from posting a picture. Let's say you have 9 other items that you do this with. How much money are you making monthly?

The real beauty of this is that you can do it with clothes, food, furniture, whatever people buy. The sky is the limit. Ebay is not the only site. There are many more sites Mecari, Poshmark, Etsy. If you go to Google play or the Apple store in your phone there are even more.

Why does this work? Can't the buyer just go to Value City like I did? Yes, they can if they've ever heard of that store. Just because a store is in your town doesn't mean it's in every town. People that live up North don't know what Rite Aid is, but if you live down South you know it's a drug store just like Walgreens and CVS. 

Remember this is just an example. Personally even though the table has great margins I would never invest that much into a product and also the shipping would be horrid. But some people do it everyday! As they say you have to find your niche and start running.

How to Find Legitimate Work at Home Jobs in 2016

#1 a JOB is a paid position or regular employment.  When looking for a work at home job,
you have to treat it  just like you're looking for any other job. Remember  a job is a job nothing changes but the location. For instance, if I want to get hired at Mcdonald's I have  3 options.

1. Go to a local Mcdonald's.
2. Go on Monster or Indeed etc.
3. Go to Mcdonalds.com.

Working at home is exactly the same. You can use  a job board  or the actual website. On a job board you type your location and then type work at home positions. If you go to the actual job site just look under careers and if they are hiring and have work at home positions it will say so.

Most companies have online work, Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Apple etc. If most of their customers are shopping online they more than likely have work at home positions such as customer service or tech support.


Remember, it's 2016 it's cheaper to hire at home workers than to staff 40-60  workers in a call
center in one location.

 There are many benefits to having workers at home, for instance  most positions are 1099 so they aren't employees. ( No benefits saving the company money.)
